So far looks great. Management was quick to respond to our initial request and very accommodating to our requirements. The de-mossing portion was done exactly as indicated and the workers were friendly and efficient.

All my dealings with staff have been friendly and informative – although as I mentioned to the lady who called with my appointment day, I found it funny that they had pretty much all been transacted over the computer! Because your company came highly recommended by a trusted friend, I am guessing that the roof was properly prepped and that the treatment will do the job! I don’t plan to go up to check! The young man who prepped the roof told me when he arrived and I heard him hard at work. The two men who sprayed the roof today were polite and completed the job within a reasonable time.

Good work removing moss and you let me know when the work would start. However there was no communication about when the spraying would occur or the day it did occur until after receiving the invoice. For all I know the spraying could have been the same day as the heavy downpour. I still have not received closure on this. Thanks. Ian
