All my dealings with staff have been friendly and informative – although as I mentioned to the lady who called with my appointment day, I found it funny that they had pretty much all been transacted over the computer! Because your company came highly recommended by a trusted friend, I am guessing that the roof was properly prepped and that the treatment will do the job! I don’t plan to go up to check! The young man who prepped the roof told me when he arrived and I heard him hard at work. The two men who sprayed the roof today were polite and completed the job within a reasonable time.
